Returns
We want you to love your bedding. If you find your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to help. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of your order. To begin the return process, please visit our Return Request page and fill out the form. You will receive return instructions, along with a prepaid UPS return label. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Shipping
Every Saturday Park order is eligible for free shipping. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. All of our orders ship from Southern California.
Are Saturday Park products made from natural materials?
They are! All of our bedding is made from 100% cotton. See more details of our fabrication certifications below.
Are all Saturday Park products OEKO-TEX Certified, and where can I learn more about it?
Yes! Since the beginning, Saturday Park bedding and accessories have all been OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. You can learn more about OEKO-TEX here.
Are all Saturday Park products GOTS Certified, and where can I learn more about it?
In 2022, we decided that Saturday Park’s commitment to cotton quality could be enhanced by upgrading the fabrication of our products. Formerly made from 100% cotton, all Saturday Park bedding is now made from 100% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton. Look for the little T-shirt GOTS icon on each product made from organic cotton. Which charity does my Saturday Park purchase support?
Your Saturday Park purchase helps support The Pajama Program, a nonprofit that gives new pajamas and books to vulnerable children and shares its resources with caregivers to support comforting bedtime routines so that all children can thrive. Learn more about The Pajama Program here.
How should I care for my Saturday Park bedding?
Each of our product pages lists how best to wash that item, so please refer to this for specific care instructions. For the most part, our bedding is machine washable to make care easy. We recommend washing before first use. Wash cold and tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
